Billings, MT – Seniors at Skyview, Senior, West, Billings Central, Huntley Project, Laurel, Columbus and Absarokee High Schools will each be receiving a custom yard sign to help recognize and celebrate their graduation courtesy of Harvest Church, Yellowstone Bank, Exxon, and Ultra Graphics.
In the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, 2020 graduating high school seniors aren’t having the “typical” senior year and graduation experiences. That inspired the team at Ultra Graphics to come up with a way to recognize and support the seniors and their families.
“We wanted to do something to show our support, and signage is something we do very well,” Jake Eaton, Ultra Graphics President said. “We reached out to some of our clients to see if they were interested in partnering with us on this project and we sold out the sponsorships in one day.”
Harvest Church sponsored the signs for Skyview, Senior and West High Schools.
“Ever since this pandemic started to reshape our daily lives we’ve been aching for ways to help our community, both with tangible needs, but also by building morale. So we jumped at the opportunity to support and recognize our city’s graduating seniors. Dear Graduates: A heartfelt fist-bump from Harvest Church!” – Vern Street Lead Pastor, Harvest Church.
Yellowstone bank sponsored Billings Central, Laurel, Columbus and Absarokee.
“We’re glad to support our community and congratulate the class of 2020.” – Jay Harris, President, Yellowstone Bank
Exxon sponsored the signs for Huntley Project.
“Throughout our history, Montanans have always risen to meet any challenge,” said Dan Carter, Public Affairs Manager at the ExxonMobil Billings Refinery. “We know these are unusual times for graduating seniors and wanted to show our support, letting them know that we fully believe that they will rise to meet any new challenge ahead of them. They are, after all, Montanans.”
Ultra Graphics donated the graphic design and a portion of the production costs for all 8 schools. In total, the group donated more than 1,400 signs to the schools with a retail value of nearly $25,000.
